Portland was fabulous!
I loved seeing Portland. It was a quick trip, but that is one beautiful city. Many thanks to friends Eric and Michelle who put me up. Have a great Fall!

Delicious, like Diigo, is a social bookmarking tool. It’s been revamped. They’re saying ‘back to beta.’ I’m just getting used to Diigo, so I am not sure I’ll check out Delicious any time soon, but you can!

“The dishes are done, man!” … Cross the gutters on my house off the list. Of course, I should put screens on two or three of them… oh my! I also discovered first hand that I need to regrade the area in front of the garage.

I look at catalogs using the catalogue app on my iPad. Yes. I do. The new Sundance catalog has lovely shots of yarn throughout… Not every page, but many. The link above is to their website (some yarn images) … you might want to download catalogue and see what I’m talking about.

Celebrate for less
I have riches I cannot measure. Friends and family are asking me out to lunch, dinner, dessert… All I can think of, as I say, “yes… okay…” is let’s cook. Let’s go to the grocery store (or Farmer’s Market) and get the goods. Let’s go home and fire up the burner and cook. When we’re done with this amazing meal, lets freeze the leftovers. ...
